At Linora, we want customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging attached
- Not damaged, altered, or showing signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact our support team at linora@linoralabel.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at linora@linoralabel.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error, or the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
